About this Sailboat:

One owner fresh water boat. Early version with teak interior and beige and blue topsides. Comfortable cruising for two couples in separate cabins fore and aft. Galley midships with saloon table seating five. Easily handled by a couple under sail or power. Health forces sale.

Equipment on Board:

Wind, speed, log, and depth instruments with repeater at nav station. GPS and VHF with cockpit remote. Autopilot with remote and wind vane. Engine controls in cockpit and nav station. Refrigeration and two burner propane stove with vented propane locker aft. New stainless water heater in custom galley with deep stainless sink and built in trash locker. Custom inlaid teak and holly table with storage in saloon. CQR 35 plow and Fortress FX55 storm anchor.
Cockpit bimini, swim platform and ladder. Whisker pole chocked on deck. 140 Genoa and Main well maintained and in good serviceable condition. High output alternator and regulator charging two house banks. Seperate alternator and battery for starting.
