Has leaky windows as i guess they all do. If i keep her I will put in new windows.
Has an as new Marine air systems A/C unit, kept her cool in Nassau in July on shore power. An updated Frigaboat Fridge with keel cooler, works very well, 3 Big Batts , 400 watt wind gen, 100 watts of roll up solar, 2 year old 8hp yamaha Dingy motor, Dingy is old but holds air and works great, hard bottom and with 2 people gets right up on the step. New davits, Engine runs great, I run it at 5 kts, The vibration is minimal and about .5 gal/hr. New 1000 watt honda gen, new propane bottles, 2 Plow and 2 danforth anchors, Steps on the mast,
Sails are in great shape, and have the asymmetric Spinnaker with a chute scoop, actually use it, its that easy to use.
Has a garmin 430 with transducer for depth. Had a 500 but got stolen.
The bottom was done in May with 2 new coats of barrier and 2 coats of bottom paint. No blisters. Has zip in panels so you can enclose the entire cockpit.

The engine (freshwater cooled) was replaced when the meter was at 1259 hrs, has 2460 now, I had the outdrive rebuilt (new seals) 2 years ago, it doesn’t leak and as you know spends most of the time out of the water. The electronics have not been updated. , Has an EPIRBSails and rigging are in fine shape. I have a mooring in the Lake Worth Lagoon and could throw that in as well.
