*** PRICE REDUCED FROM $185,000 ORIGINAL LISTING***

The Nauticat 43 is a blue-water sailboat built to the highest yacht standard by the renowned Siltala Yachts (now named Nauticat Yachts) in Finland. Designed by Sparkman and Stevens, the NC-43’s pilothouse layout achieves a fine balance between performance, comfort and safety. The pilothouse provides excellent visibility, and the steering station below enables the yacht to be sailed in all weather conditions in total comfort and protection. The roomy interior provides a bright saloon, three spacious cabins, two heads, and a separate galley and dinette, and is comparable to many 46 foot yachts. Three Rivers is thoroughly equipped for long-distance sailing and living on board, with generator, water maker, extra freezer, air conditions, and diesel heater.

RECENT HISTORY OF THREE RIVERS
The previous owner had owned the boat in the U.S. and had sailed in the Caribbean’s for many years before crossing the Atlantic and then sailing in the Mediterranean. The current owners bought her in 2010 and had completed an extensive refit, including engine overhaul, new electronics, new solar panels, new standing and running riggings, new upholstery, reconditioned sails, etc. The owners then embarked on an extensive sailing journey and visited many countries in the Middle East and Europe. This yacht has been proven to be a safe, dependable, long-distance sailboat perfectly equipped for living on board. Three Rivers is now moored at Port Vell in the heart of Barcelona, and is ready for a new owner to take over and sail in the perfect sailing grounds in Europe.
