About this Sailboat:

Excellent well-balanced Jacques Fauroux (France) sailing design. Three cabin model (sleeps 8) with a well-maintained teak interior.
Plumbing system fully rebuilt 2(# removed) from intake to output, including all new galley and head faucets, 2 100 litre potable water storage bladders, Jabsco potable water and lake water pumps, hot water tank (shore power and engine heated), Jabsco marine head, and all hoses. New 2 burner alcohol stove in 2009. New 12 volt starter battery in 2010 and 12 volt house battery in 2011, with battery isolator.

Equipment on Board:

Extensive racing and cruising sail inventory (18 sails in total), including a like new carbon racing mainsail; 2005 North 3DL light/medium genoa 168%; North .6 oz 2S Spinnaker; UK (Ulmer/Kolius) 0.5 oz, 0.75 oz and 1.5 oz Spinnakers (all in good to excellent condition); as well as a storm jib, #1 Genoa, #2 Genoa, 150% Genoa, Spinnaker with snuff sock, Kevlar mainsail, plus other cruising sails and a new mainsail cover (2010).

Engine: Yanmar 2GM20F inboard diesel.
