About this Sailboat:
1984 was the last year and the 416 is the nicest model of Charlie Morgan’s rugged Out Island Cruiser. This tall rig, fourth generation ketch is blister free with new bottom paint (spring 2008). She is a very clean example of the Out Island. The 416 Morgan has an enlarged rudder, the mast is eight feet higher than the 415. The tall rig and shallow draft give her great performance and make her ideal for the shallow waters of the Bahamas and Florida Keys. The boat is simple, clean and uncluttered. Her teak interiors are in very attractive condition. Additional photos are available on the web at http://www.flickr.com/photos/sailexcalibur/. The boat is located in Ft Lauderdale on the New River.
