Garmin 498 full color chart platter; interphase Sea Scout forward and side scanning sonar, shows depth directly below and scans bottom up to 1800 feet forward and to each side. Simrad auto-pilot with remote control (allows steering from bow or stern) Stereo IPOD and CD ready stereo system with 6 switchable speakers

Naim and Genoa sails are Quantum cruising sails and are in fine condition. Genoa is a 150% sail. main is fully battened, custom made EZ jacks for ease of sail handling, the mast is in excellent shape with teak tread mast steps which go all the way to the top of the mast, sail covers all about, all running rigging and running rigging is in excellent condition, much more than adequate for cruising ; 3 barlow self tailing winches for the genoa and spinnaker, mast has 3 separate winches for main, genoa and spinnaker.

There os a very fine asymmetrical cruising chute (spinnaker) with all the attachments, bag, sock and sheets. There is a spinnaker pole. New Traveler; new davits in stern added for dinghy

The boat was originally set up as a cutter rig, the forestay for the staysail is removed as is the boom. This was done to facilitate the short tacks in the Chesapeake Bay; the cutter gear is included and in fine condition

4 anchors, 33 lb CQR stainless steel, Bruce claw anchor, Danforth anchor and Fortees lunch hook. 125 feet of BBB chain, 75 feet on main anchor , 50 on secondary. over 300 feet of 5/8 ” nylon rode. Electric anchor windlass

6 opening screened hatches and 7 opening portholes, there is a large lazarette on the sternforce 10 propane grill on custom mount

there are davits at the stern holding a Hypalon inflatable dinghy with aluminum floor

the boat was hauled and painted summer of 2012; the centerboard, bottom and pennant are in excellent condition.

the engine has been professionally and regularly maintained. The oil , oil filters and primary and secondary fuel filters are changed every 100 hours. With fewer than 2000 hours, the engine has a long life left with routine maintenance; there is a 12 V oil change pump. There is a Racor 500 FG water separator/filter system, with a pressure gauge, the engine is fresh water cooled and has a new impeller, the shaft is in excellent condition. The fuel tanks have been upgraded to cross linked plastic holding a total of 46 gallons of diesel,
