About this Sailboat:

Morgan is in pristine condition, having been professionally maintained and its systems upgraded throughout its life on the Pacific West Coast. This boat has had only two owners since new and is a must see for anyone looking for a clean, well-engineered, and solidly built performance cruiser. Spacious, comfortable, great lines and good sailing manners characterises this Hunter 31. Large V-berth; head with hot and cold pressure water & shower; main salon with dinette to starboard (converts to a double berth) and straight settee to port; navigation station to port; large aft berth to port. U-shaped galley to starboard with Frigomatic 110/12V refrigerator and freezer, sink with pressure water and Origo 2 burner alcohol stove with oven. All cabin upholstery new in 2000. On deck, sail handling is facilitated with most lines lead aft, self-tailing winches, mid-deck traveller with Schaeffer controls, wheel steering with Simrad WP30 Auto-pilot, Lazy jacks on Dobson full-batten mainsail and a new (2008) Harken roller furler with a UK-Halsey 120% genoa.
Yacht presently moored on Granville Island with Blue Pacific Yacht Charters; charter agreement and moorage transferable.
