About this Sailboat:

(REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE)
Katie Breen is a pretty girl. She’s not perfect, but just needs a little tender loving care. I currently live-aboard Katie Breen and there is plenty of room for a single person or a couple to live-aboard.

I no longer live-aboard the boat. My son and I sailed her down to Mobjack Bay in May. We had a blast. We got caught in a storm with 4 – 5 foot waves on Chesapeake Bay and the boat performed extremely well.

Equipment on Board:

ST4000 Autohelm with GPS, Compass, Wind Direction/Speed, and Depth Guage – Needs steering controller repair

Bimini – Needs Repair

Windlass Anchor

Main and Jib sails in working condition – could use some cleaning

Rigging in working order – cables look good, but ropes need to be replaced soon(The Jib Line snapped last year)

Hull & Deck Solid, Wide Beam, Roomy Interior, Large Aft Cockpit with Ample Seating, Large Storage Lockers with Access from Cockpit, Large Anchor Locker with Deck Access, Full Stanchions & Safety Rail, Stainless Steel Boarding Ladder, Open Salon/Galley Area, 6 foot Headroom, Handcrafted Wood Interior, Head & Stand-up Shower (starboard), Separate Lavatory (port), Marine Air Conditioner, LS Systems Gimballed 3-burner Gas Stove, VHF Radio, 40 horse power diesel engine(overhauled March 2010),
