About this Sailboat:

This boat (Mother Ocean) is in excellent condition and has too many up grades to mention. Please contact for more info.

Equipment on Board:

Mother Ocean has many upgrades and is turn key ready. The engine is a Yanmar 2GM20F fresh water cooled and starts and runs great. I am not sure how old the main sail is but it is in good shape. The head sail is a 145% in good shape. I also have a one year old 155% mylar sail made by David Baxter Sailmakers, in Norfolk, VA. I have pulled the boat each year that I have had it and put fresh paint on the bottom except this year. Last September I took the paint down to the gelcoat, repaired a couple of blisters and put three kits of Interlux 2000e barrier coat on to seal the bottom. I also replaced the cutlass bearing and installed a PSS dripless shaft seal. This replaces the stuffing box on the prop shaft that needs water dripping to lubricate it. I also replaced the bronze prop shaft with a stainless steel one because of some wear caused by the stuffing box seal. I have also replaced the hot water tank, Jabsco PAR Max freshwater pump, new stainless steel sink and Shurflo faucet/shower combo set and changed all head to holding tank hoses. Upgraded the mainsheet traveler system to a heavy duty Schaefer with a Harken 4:1 block. Installed a fuel gauge, Simrad autopilot and a Sony stereo system. The boat also has a bimini top and a roller furling system and large ice box with cold plate.
