About this Sailboat:

Excellent cruiser / racer, live-a-board ready. Well built, off-shore capable. Has been kept most of its’ life in fresh water; launched in Great Lakes and kept in Fraser River. Sailed coastal waters of British Columbia, off-shore and coastal cruising of Pacific Coast, Canada to Panama. Well maintained and equipped.

Equipment on Board:

Power: Volvo Penta 2003, 28hp. Fuel: 25 gal.
Sails: 1 full batten main, 1-150 genoa, 1 storm jib, 1 storm main, 1 gennaker (drifter); all in good condition.
All standing rigging replaced in 2004, two sets new sheets, 2004
Holding tank: 1- 20 gal. w/ macerator pump
Water: 2-35 gal. 1- 6 gal. hot water
Galley: stove, fridge, double sink
Heating: Espar w/ 3 vents throughout the boat
Radio: 1- ICOM VHF, 1- ICOM M802 SSB w/Tuner & insulated backstay
Radar: Raymarine RL170 series. GPS: Raymarine
Batteries: 3- 8D AGM’s, 245 Amp each
Charging system: Heart interface Link 2000,
Solar panels – 2 shell 65w w/ sunsaver 10 regulator
Anchors: 1- CQR want-a-be 35lbs, 1- Bruce 30lbs. w/200’ of 3/8 BBB chain, 200’ of Yale Braid.
Outboard: 2007 Mercury 15hp two stroke w/ spare spark plugs
Dingy: 2007 11’ Achilles w/inflatable bottom, two piece paddles & pump
Other: Extra halyards, sheets, 4- 6gal. jerry can (like new) , 1 propane tank, and charts of Pacific NW USA & Vancouver Island Inside passage available
