About this Sailboat:

She sleeps 4-6 in a two-cabin arrangement. A well-ventilated V-berth is separated from the main cabin by a fully enclosed head and lav. The settees are served by a folding bulkhead mounted table. The galley with 2-burner stove, icebox and s.s.sink is at the base of the companionway. There is abundant storage for provisions and equipment. Access to the 18HP Volvo diesel is excellent. The cockpit offers a safe ride, with plenty of room for entertaining or an afternoon nap. She is a good coastal cruising vessel with simple, reliable systems resulting in less maintenance and more sailing.

Volvo 18HP diesel w/ 12g tank, water blader tank. ELECTRONICS: Anemometer, Apparent wind, knotmeter, depth finder. Garmin GPS, tiller auto-pilot, VHS marine radio, Plastismo compass ship’s clock,12V system (separate house and starter batteries). GALLEY: plastimo 2-burner propane stove, icebox, SS sink with foot pump (20g. RIGGING: Roller furling 150% tapedrive genoa, fully battened mainsail w/ 2-pt slab reefing and cover, Spare 175 genoa. DECK & HULL: Lewmar 2spd winches with 2 handles, Lewmar mast-mounted halyard and outhaul winches, transom mounted swim ladder, dodger with new vinyl window (’07) full cockpit cushions, mast steaming/deck light (new ’07) ADDITIONAL: Jabsco head with holding tank, Fortress and Bruce anchors with chain/nylon rodes, dock lines, fenders and miscellaneous safety gear and spare parts.
