About this Sailboat:

1983, 36′ Catalina, “Serendipity”, Tall Rig, folding mast (for low bridges), Universal diesel (well maintained), Dodger, extended shade canopy connects to Dodger. $39,900, owner may carry partial depending on amount paid down. This is truly a great boat, I have owned “Serendipity” for 15 years and been to Catalina Island 4 times and the Coronado Islands many times from the port of San Diego. Great boat to sail and anchors easily, makes a great live aboard as well. Great near end slip available with marina’s approval.

Equipment on Board:

Equipment: fiberglass dock steps, self tailing wenches, teak cock pit table, cockpit cushions, Danforth anchor includes chain and rode, anchor windlass, fenders, life saving ring and holder, outboard motor holder (9′ Zodiac and 5 hp outboard motor also available at additional cost), auto helm, life jackets. numerous sails (in good condition) includes spinnaker pole and spinnaker sail. The boat has recently had a new 32 gallon diesel tank installed, engine has all new hoses and new exhaust manifold as well as new heat exchanger and water pump. There are 4 gel batteries with a built in inverter/charger. New stereo and speakers. The head has a new toilet and all new hoses.
Please call to set an appointment to see the boat and/or for further details (# removed).
