About this Sailboat:

A proven seaworthy, affordable and fast passage maker–Pacific, Indian Ocean,the Med, Atlantic and Caribbean. She is well equipped for ocean cruising and live-aboard with 2 aft cabins, spacious salon and one cabin forward. She is set up for easy single-handling. Full size wheel steering. All the gear you need and ready to go. Presently Located in Florida.

Mainsail (3 reefs), 135% Genoa on Profurl roller furling,150% Genoa(hank-on),storm jib,stay sail,Spinaker. Removable inner forestay for staysail and storm jib and 2 running backstays aft.
Dodger and awnings,Garmin 521 GPS (chart plotter), Raytheon Radar, Standard Horizon VHF, Icom706Mkll SSB w/AH4 antenna tuner, Stainless steel Fleming wind vane self steering, 2 solar panels, LED interior lighting, Propane Stove & Oven, Tri-color masthead lights with anchor light and emergency strobe,steering compass, Raymarine auto-pilot (ST600) and Simrad wheel pilot, depth sounder,2-45# anchors- one with 55M all chain and one chain with rope. Lofran Royal windlass. New Awlgrip topsides and new teak cockpit seats and floor grating(2010). AGM Batteries-330 AH (2010),1-starter battery, Balmar Charge Regulator and Battery separator. Hi-output 100 Amp Alternator, PUR Survivor watermaker (needs servicing. Foolproof Lavac marine head and flex holding tank. 9 ft hypalon inflatable (2010) and 3.3 hp OB. Plus many extras & spares etc..
