About this Sailboat:
A high performance cruising yacht, the Schock 36 was designed by architect Bill Cook and was built by the W.D. Schock Corp. in 1981 as a one-design cruiser/racer for the New York Yacht Club.This quality Vruiser/Racer is well equipped for both cruising and for club competition (PHRF 108). Last survey was done 2007 with no problems detected. The boat is in great condition throughout and is fully ready for sailing season.

New bottom paint was just completed June, 2011. Recent upgrades include new electrical and manual bilge pumps, new Jabco marine toilet pump, new raw water filter, most of the running rigging in as new.
A complete compliment of sails, includes full batten main, and 3 other mains, as well as 4 head sails. A new Harkin Roller furling is purchased and being installed.
