About this Sailboat:
This 1981 Catalina has had only 2 owners and has been sailed in fresh water only in the Finger Lakes. We are the second owners and have owned the boat for 23 years. It is a well balanced boat, turns quickly and is very easy and fun to sail. It has been updated so that everything leads back to the cockpit and can be sailed single handed. The Harken roller furler and 3 self-tailing winches were installed in 2001. It comes with an asymmetrical spinnaker and chutescoop. It also comes with a Life Sling and a Magma Grill that hooks onto the rail. A boat slip is included at Treman Marina in Ithaca for the rest of the 2011 season. Additional photos available via email.
