The galley has a 3-burner propane stove, a large icebox, and a stainless steel sink. The head is fully enclosed and has a vanity and a showerhead. She has a pressurized fresh water system with 40 gal. storage tank and a 20 gal waste holding tank.
She has heavy-duty stainless standing rigging in good condition. Running rigging is in good condition. The Watkins is known for its integral keel and solid construction. She draws only 3 8 and her wide 10 beam makes her very stable.
This is an excellent cruising boat. She has lots of room and is very safe.

She has a Profurl Roller Furling with a 130% Genoa. There is a working jib, a main, and a asymmetrical spinnaker. All sails are in good condition. She has many extras including: 25 lb. CQR anchor, stereo, solar powered cabin fans, s-s boarding ladder, fenders, and other gear that makes her ready to go.
