About this Sailboat:

I live on my boat but its only 23 feet long s o need something a little bigger so i am selling this perfect pocket cruise, there is no trailer but there is a pretty new tohatsu 4.4 engine on it and i have a drop in alcohol stove I’m trying to fit , its teaked out on the inside and looks OK there are no leaks and the deck to hull joints were strengthened, other than that i have two head sails a Genoa of 146% and a jib at 110% i have a cd1 roller furling system, shes strong on any seas and is a muscly boat for her size, but it has a shallow draft and wont get caught up in sand like boats with a bigger keel, under the water it has a2 ‘ 3” 1500 lb shoal draft keel which is really nice for gunk holing. Someone before me took it to Cuba and too the Bahamas, so its dependable. and it really is a solid mold built by hutchins beginning in 1979 http://com-pacowners.com/ is a good place to learn more about the boat and ask question. a smaller boat means less maintenance and in the long run less money, right now it is docked at harbor square marina off 528, and the owner usually will let you switch over slip just as long as you have cash money…. email me back i am showing the boat any time any day, come take her for a test sail today!! Good luck hunting for your boat!!

Equipment on Board:

non installed depth sounder, manual bildge little inflatable boat!! air conditioner, extra ropes, 3 sails, double burner alcohal stove
