About this Sailboat:
Our beautiful sailboat “Willow” is for sale. With the fresh arrival of a child in our lives and newfound desires to become more “land”- based, we cannot fulfill our duties in owning a boat such as this. Willow wants to be SAILED, sailing the ocean and exploring the world. Willow is a 1979 Young Sun “Westwind” 35 designed by Bob Perry and built in Taiwan. She is a heavy double ended full keel sailboat that draws 5’6″. As a result of owning the boat for around 4 years, living on her for over a year and sailing her almost 10,000 miles, we have built a very intimate relationship with Willow and her systems and know most that there is to know about her. We are also interested in trades, mostly for land or a home but love to hear creative ideas.
