16 October, 2012 by EVAN

About this Sailboat:

Cruise-ready, with numerous upgrades and replacements over the last several years. Inflatable, hard-bottom dinghy included. Never been chartered; only two owners. A very sea-worthy vessel; it has been on a number of offshore passages to Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, New England and the Chesapeake Bay.

Equipment on Board:

Cape Horn and Raytmarine self-steering systems, Beta Marine diesel engine new 2004, electric windlass, electronic charts & plotter, new sails, roller furling on jib & staysail, dodger, bimini, splash guards, sun shade. Lots of safety equipment, including mast pulpit, drogue, sospenders, and liferaft. Enormous refrigerator with new compressor, Force 10 propane three-burner stove with oven (bake & broil). Lots of storage. All the foam in the cushions has been replaced, but the tough fabric covers are original. Fitted sheets for onshore and offshore sailing. Two heads, one electric, both replaced. High freeboard in cockpit keeps sailors dry. Flat deck over the cabin means more room inside.
