1979 Clark San Juan

18 October, 2012 by EVAN

About this Sailboat:

Bruce Kirby’s classic design doesn’t stop with fair lines and a fast shape. The 24 uses every bit of interior space to make her the biggest, fast 24-footer around. She is a true cruiser-racer that will give you all the thrills of boat-for-boat competition, plus the ability to get away from it all with your favorite crew for a family weekend on the water.Very lightly used; no signs of collisions or sinking.
Keel bolts are corrosion-free.
Decks is dry and stiff; no signs of core rot or delamination.
Very minimal spider cracking around stanchions; less than typical for a boat of this age.

Gelcoat is free from oxidation and appears to have been maintained very well over the years
Cabin is clean but upholstery is tired.
Sails are original but have been well cared for and are adequate for cruising: Main, jib and genoa.
