About this Sailboat:
This is a stable boat with a large cabin for a 26 foot boat. It has tiller steering. All sheets are routed to the cockpit area and it is easy to sail single handed. A good starter sailboat that will accommodate up to four adults or two adult and three children. It is well built and has had no deck moisture problems or hull blistering. Mast is deck-stepped with no compression post problems. A fun boat!
Equipment on Board:
Five sails (two are new in 2005), Furlex roller furling, full canvas (bimini, dodger, and connecting section), tiller,sheet clutch, mast head light lens, safety lines, and several other deck fittings are new this year. Boarding ladder on stern, be low water line it is painted with VC 17 and sides have been repainted this spring (Sapphire Blue). Manual head, two burner alcohol stove, sink plus water but no hot water, ice box. Includes steel cradle.
