About this Sailboat:

We are the second owner of Hoot Mon. Her home port has been Jacksonville, FL in semi-brackish water for the past 25 years. Extremely clean and well maintained by both the previous owner and current owners. For those that know the CSY brand is excellent quality, the boats are solid fiberglass with NO coring which means less maintenance and virtually zero hull integrity issues. This boat has 2 cabin, 2 head layout and can sleep 7 very comfortably. All heads and showers fixtures have been rebuilt/replaced. New holding tanks fore and aft.
