About this Sailboat:

If so, this CSY (Caribbean Sailing Yacht) 44 is the perfect choice. It offers comfortable cruising, smooth offshore passages and plenty of comforts for extended periods aboard. Accommodations include private staterooms with baths both forward and aft, generous mid-ships living space, centrally located and easy to work in galley and fully enclosed cockpit with hardtop. Equipment includes good sail inventory (including spinnaker), Profurl roller furling, freezer/refrigerator, propane cabin heater & galley stove/oven swim platform and dingy davits. Equipment on Board:

Private two cabin, two head layout. The forward cabin features a large vee berth, storage drawers under, hanging locker and privacy door. The head is located adjacent to port and features marine toilet, stainless sink with hot/cold water, mirror and storage. The separate shower stall features a molded with seat and floor pan. The aft cabin is furnished with a large master berth. The spacious head with toilet and shower is located to port. A navigation desk with bench seat is located to starboard.

Main salon features a settee and entertainment cabinet to port. The port settee faces a custom built dinning table mounted amidships.

The large comfortable cockpit has plenty of seating, room to move around and “being there” space. It features a hard top with viewing & entrance hatches and complete enclosure.

The galley is located aft to port.

Large bench seating with storage lockers beneath each. Open aft deck with bimini and aluminum dinghy davits. Stainless boarding ladder and teak swim/boarding platform mounted on transom.
