About this Sailboat:
This is a fabulous boat that is in EXCELLENT condition. You have to see it to appreciate it. I purchased the boat in the summer of 2011 and now am having to move. Im extremely disappointed that I cannot take her with me. I have done all of the work on her so you dont have to ..
Bruce King designed the Ericson 27 as a sloop-rigged, fin keel with spade rudder for family cruising in a well-built vessel able to withstand coastal cruising with offshore abilities. Her interior offers port & starboard settees with folding dinette table, V-Berth and a quarter berth (sleeping for 5) & enclosed head. The galley is aft to port. Headroom is 61, in the cabin with mahogany bulkheads/& trim. The rig is powerful and the boat likes to run close-hauled (points well) there is a unique anchor rode reel attached forward to easy anchor dispatching and anchor rode stowage.
