About this Sailboat:
Very good condition. Beautiful lines, extremely well mannered with predictable,
safe performance. Very fast and easy to make it sail to its phrf ratings (typically 222 to 225). Just as a point of reference, the Catalina 25 rates the same, and you can typically out-sail the Cat 25 on most points of sail. Huge cockpit! (can be compared to 34 36 foot sailboat) Probably the best first sailboat you can get.
Fresh water family boat. Lake sailed since new.
Equipment on Board:
V berth has two 6’2″ berths with 4″ foam mattresses, storage below and overhead hatch. Full length storage shelves port and starboard; privacy curtain.
Main cabin has a large U-shaped lounge with padded backrests; centerline drop leafdining table.
Two 6’4″ berths port and starboard. The head is aft to port of companionway step with portable head ( replaced in ’04) and privacy curtain.
