1976 Allied Sea Wind MKII

About this Sailboat:

The boat is located in Belize in Central America. Price just reduced.
The boat is in excellent condition. Currently on dry dock for bottom re coating will launch on November 2012, new rigging (October 2010) new electric panel (Jan 2011), new air conditioning (Jan 2011). New cushions inside and outside (Jan 2011).
Engine Westerbeke 4 Cylinder diesel 25Hp. has 200 hours since last overhauled. G.P.S. and depth sounder fish finder and autopilot Ray-marine. Hot and cold pressurized water.
Two bilge pumps one manual and one electric
Rudder overhauled Jan 2012.
Sea Frost refrigerator System.
Two battery and solar panel.
A/C Battery Charger
Propane stove with Oven
Electric pump sink drain.

Two anchors, Two bilge pumps one electric 1600 GPH and a hand operated one.
Tomorrow or after I’ll go to the marina and take updated photos for you to see.
Reason for selling is to buy a bigger one.
