About this Sailboat:

This 25 C&C is a nice clean boat with a good engine, a large sail inventory and many upgrades. Forward V-berth that Sleeps 2. Main salon features a settee to port which pulls out to a (narrow) double berth, and settee to starboard which convert into a single berth. Toilet with a 20 litre holding tank with pumping outlet. Large teak hanging locker. 2 Storage lazerettes. SS sink with manual pump, approx. 40 liter fresh water tank, large ice box, portable propane stove. Dimensions: LOA=25’1 1/2″, LWL=20’8″, Beam=8’9″, Displacement=4200, Draft=3’10”, Ballast=2050 lbs. Sail Inventory: 150 Genoa, 130 Genoa, 110 Jib, Spinnaker-Drifter (DRS) (asymmetric), 1 Mainsail with two reef points and mainsail cover. Gas tank storage locker. Mercury 9.9hp outboard (1995). Stainless bow pulpit and pushpit with 2 lifelines, 2 single speed winches, Teak grab rails, two single point reef lines, and Anchor with chain & rode and winter cover frame.
