About this Sailboat:
This American Mariner is ready to sail. She has been refitted with lots of upgrades (described below) and is a great cruising sailboat. She has a roomy cockpit with cushions and sleeps 4 inside. Her lead keel only draws 28 inches for easy access to most canals and could easily fit on a trailer. She is a great boat that could be lived on or it could be used for just weekend cruising, and is easy to single-hand. She is exceptionally clean and safe boat that is stable and easy to sail. The cabin is large compared to most boats her size (510 headroom), which makes for a more comfortable stay in her. Great boat for first timers or anyone who likes to cruise. Cheap slip fee with water and electricity included if wanted.
