About this Sailboat:
1974 Pearson 33 with roller furler and inboard gas engine.
This rare classic has been owned by the same family for the last 27 years and been very well cared for! It has also been sailed exclusively in fresh water. Designed by Bill Shaw, this Pearson 33 has a shoal keel with centerboard and features an aft-galley dinette interior which sleeps six. With 6-2 headroom in the main cabin, the interior is spacious with lots of storage. The galley features hot and cold pressurized water, a microwave, and a three burner propane cook top with oven. The large, self-bailing cockpit is 8-2 long and features wheel steering. A dodger will keep the spray away while beating to weather. Newer sails, roller furling, rebuilt engine…. This is the perfect cruising boat for a family to enjoy many happy hours on the water.
CONDITION: This boat is in very good condition except that the port side of the bow has a 2 x 4 area of bubbling. A marine professional attributes the damage to excessive heat from shrink wrapping the boat. See detailed photo. The mast step has some water damage. This boat may be inspected at Southport Marina, 21 56th Street, Kenosha, WI by appointment. To arrange an appointment, please contact Nautical Donations.
