1974 O’Day sloop

About this Sailboat:

O’Day 27’ sloop. A well designed and quality built boat. This is a 7000lb boat so sails easily in 20 knots. It offers great stability for daysailers who are ready to step up to short cruising.
This is not a fixer upper. It is in the water on Lake Erie and being sailed weekly.
Comes complete with all standing and running rigging ready to sail.

Full complement of sails:
Main with two reef points, Jibs; storm, 120, 150, and 170 genoas, two spinnakers and spinnaker pole.
Hull and deck in very good condition for age. bottom was stripped to gell in 2011 and applied 10 mil. Water barrier and anti- foul.
Includes: Inboard gas engine, transom boarding ladder, water and waste tanks, Compass, head, ice chest, berths for 5, electric and manual bilge pumps, hand held garmin gps with great lakes maps.
