1973 Catalina 22ft sailboat. Fixed keel, tiller steering, outboard long shaft 2 cycle motor. Many new items/upgrades.
New as of 2010 season: Bottom paint, Hull paint, topside paint (partially complete), non-skid (partially complete), New interior/navagational wiring, new LED Dome lights, new LED bi-color navs, newly added LED cockpit light, new all-around stern nav light, newly added electric bilge pump, new/unused deep-cycle battery, new switch/fuse panel, added used stern rail.
Strong running 5hp 1984 Yamaha with 3 gal tank included. Some lines new this season, Jib in good shape, main needs repair or replace.
Dry storage paid for winter along with launch in spring.
