1972 Ranger 26

6 October, 2011 by EVAN

About this Sailboat:

I purchased this boat in 2005, and had it restored in 2006. I sailed it on Cayuga Lake during the 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 seasons. I am having to sell it because I have moved out of the area, and can’t take the boat with me. It is a stable, safe and fun family cruiser. The boat can be seen at Finger Lakes Sailing Services in Ithaca, New York. They are the ones that did the restoration, and can show you the boat and tell you all about it. I can be flexible on the price. I can never hope to get back what I put into it.

Equipment on Board:

Included are mainsail, 3 foresails, outboard motor and gas tank, sturdy wooden cradle, and many other assorted items. The boat is set up quite simply, without much in the way of fancy equipment. It sails great just the way it is – or you could make it just right for you by adding those features that you feel you need.
