About this Sailboat:

A well maintained Islander sloop. She is 30ft with a 6ft of headroom. She is in great shape and ready to sail away. Surveyed less than a year ago for $16,000. Very roomy thanks to her 10’9” beam. Her gas inboard (Palmer P-60) is extremely well maintained. The engine has has been completely rebuilt. Two new batteries. Newmark 5amp battery charger. Shore power Minifridge. Standing rigging is shiny and in great shape. Rigged for single handed sailing. 2 Lewmar self tailing winches for the jib sheets. Canvas dodger provides shade while you trim your sheets. Canvas covers for main, dodger, tiller, and wood rails. 135% Genoa on a roller furler. 75% storm jib with wire lead. Simrad autopilot with remote. You can steer her from the bow. New Tiller. 8’10 Yachtsman dinghy, currently deflated. 3.5hp Tohatsu motor for dinghy. Stern mounted grill. Two burner camping style propane stove top. Jabsco head fully serviced last month.
