About this Sailboat:

Clean fun sailboat. It is a solid fiberglass boat. No core. It sails by tiller. All lines are run back to the cockpit for single handling. It has been recently painted. Most of the teak including the toe rail has been changed. It is a shallow draft boat with a swing keel. The swing keel has been refitted and works great. It is operated from the cockpit by a small winch. The universal diesel motor does not smoke and starts with ease even in the cold. The boat points well into the wind and sails to 7 knots. It motors slightly slower. It sleeps 5 people with a two settees, a quarter berth and front berth. I have owned this boat going on my 5th season. I wish now to graduate to a larger sailboat.

Equipment on Board:

roller furling jib. Garmin 76s gps with maps of east coast. Head with holding tank. 25 gallon fresh water tank. Auto pilot. removable swim ladder. compass. Depth gage. Spinnaker sail and pole. 5 life jackets. 2 starter batteries and 1 deep cell gel battery.
