About this Sailboat:

27′ Cheoy Lee Offshore, also known as a Newell Cadet, is a solid fiberglass hull with full keel for easy cruising motion. Traditional navy blue hull, red bottom paint, white cove stripe,and white main sail cover.Teak decks, custom teak on transom, teak toe rails and cabin trim, teak bow pulpit with mounted anchor on roller,solid sitka spruce mast and boom. College tuitions are forcing me to sell this “pocket yacht” and my loss will truly be your gain;she needs her varnish work completed to make her gorgeous again.

Furling jib with 135% genoa by North, Ulmer main with reef points, white sail cover, tan cockpit cushions, cruising spinnaker,shore power with onboard mounted battery charger, Panasonic am/fm/cd stereo with 4 speakers, ICOM vhf radio, all docklines, fenders, shore power cords included.
