About this Sailboat:

Solid ’69 Westerly Centaur 26′ twin keeled pocket cruiser. Affordable, rugged, long distance blue water boat, Sloop rigged, with a Yanmar inboard 2 cylinder diesel. Well built to Loyd’s A-1 specifications with roomy accommodations for her size, 6′ headroom, 2 quarter berths, dinette double birth, V-berth, custom NAV station, and galley with 2 burner gas stove and lots of storage space.

Mast, boom and decks painted with 2 part epoxy, keels re-bedded with 1/2″ SS epoxied stud bolts. Hull needs fresh bottom paint. Engine needs fluid and filter’s changed and she’s good to go.

She has served me well over the last 12 years and I must move on to other responsibilities. It’s time for you to sail her away on her next adventure. Please write for more details and any questions.

Equipment on Board:

5 new house & engine batteries, 12 sails including Carol Hasse cruising full batten main and asim spinny w/ sock and 2 poles (spinny & wisker).

Kept in secure dry storage for the past few years, she is located in Kona, Hawaii and can take on the Pacific. Cheap to own and run. Many extras including 4 anchors, lots of chain, sea parachute, all new halyards, Pacific charts, many tools and spares. Also, 8′ Avon inflatable dinghy w/ motor mount and wooden oars, Magma rail BBQ, flexible solar panel and 10′ powder coated aluminum (schedule 80) wind gen. mast w/ SS struts.
