About this Sailboat:

Carl Alberg design. Full keel. At Cheney Lake (Kansas) since new. Third owner. Completely rebuilt in 2002. Sailed one season since. Stored indoors. Original red gelcoat hull.

Equipment on Board:

New teak combings. Lewmar # 7 chrome sheet winches. New Schaeffer roller furler and 130% genoa. New mainsail cover. Lazy jacks. New Harken traveler. Internal outhaul. Two halyard winches on mast. New rubber rub strip around hull/deck joint. Automatic bilge pump. Three anchors: Plow, Danforth & Claw; new rode and chain on each. Stem head and rudder / tiller fittings re-chromed. Custom machined genoa fairlead cars and stern light / ensign socket, powder coated to prevent corrosion. Marine head. (Holding tank, deck plate and DC/AC inverter included but not installed.) 5hp Seagul Silver Century F/N/R outboard. Dock lines, bumpers. Removable bulkhead compass. Tandem axle trailer with new tires on ground and two spares. Full cabin & cockpit cushions, in good shape. Blue bottom with 1½ gallons of matching paint. Various other maintenance items. Several good quality life jackets.
