About this Sailboat:

Windspirit: ‎33 foot 1968 aluminum masthead sloop sail boat.
It has:

Fresh bottom paint job from kkmi
new raymarine st40 speed, depth and water temperature installed at kkmi
new standing rigging in 2009 by west marine riggshop in alameda
new custom aluminum 22 gallon fuel tank
dual racor filters
1999 custom installed yanmar 2gm 18 horse power diesal with less than 400 hours.
new salt water pump and impellar
selden boom with internal leads including reefing setup.
harken mainsheet travellar
new jabsco head, 3 gallon holding tank and macerator with pumpout port.
custom fully battened main in good condition
6 jibs in fair condition including north genoa in good condition
doyle fully battened jib good condition one batten replaced
other north lite air has been repaired once and needs small repair near spreader
this one is really good in lite to medium air on bay.
electrical panel new needs to be installed included
if boat is to be used by charity will include atn top climber and loose rigging guage
boat engine has never failed me in 4 years I take her out once or twice a month

I have gotten a job in Colorado and need to find Windspirit a good home with
people who will enjoy her as much as I did.

She needs bright work wood varnish and painting

no stove but has sink and place for stove

has engine manual and other documentation on some systems

It parks at Marina Way South, Marina Bay, California 94804 , with a very cheap monthly fee.
