About this Sailboat:

75% restored. strong, safe, sea kindly wirht full keel. new in 2009: standing and running rigging, all mast wiring and mast head nav lights, radio antenna, wind vane, foredeck light, steps up mast to spreader, all electrical wiring, forward cabin light, head, all head plumbing, sewage holding tank and plumbing, macerator pump, fresh water pump, bronze exhaust manifold, mainsail cover, throttle cable, fenders, dock lines, 30 feet of anchor chain, anchor shackles. restored 2009: teak trim, working jib, stainless stancions, stern ladder, bow pulpit, stern pulpit, head comparment bulkhead, holdng tank area, port quarter berth bulkhead. in good condition: main is three years old, 2 genoas, working jib, spinnaker, anchor line 200 feet long, vhf radio. needs work: bottom paintng, trailing edge of rudder. SAILED BAHAMAS 2009. asking price is less than we have in it.
